organized under the laws of the State of Minnesota, Grantor, and the City of
Albertville, a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of
Minnesota, Grantee.
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, Grantor is the owner in fee simple of the real estate hereinafter
described.
That for good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, Grantor has this day bargained and sold, and by these presents
does bargain, sell and transfer unto the City of Albertville its successors and
assigns the following:
A perpetual easement for drainage and utility purposes over, under, and across that
part of Lot 1, Block 1, ST MICHAEL ALBERTVILLE SCHOOLS WEST 2ND
ADDITION, according to the recorded plat thereof, Wright County, Minnesota,
said easement being described as follows:
