Enclosed please find the Permanent Utility Easement, the Easement Exhibit, and a check in the of $500,
which shall be considered compensation in full for the assignment of the subject easement and all
associated costs.
Please have an officer of the Kollville Home Owner Association execute the Permanent Easement in the
presents of a notary and return the original document to my office.

PERMANENT UTILITY EASEMENT
THIS INDENTURE, made this _ day of , 2008, by
and between Kollville Home Owner Association, (Grantor); and the City of
Albertville, Wright County, Minnesota, (Grantee).
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, Grantor is the owner in fee simple of the real estate hereinafter
described.
That for good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, Grantor does hereby bargain, sell and transfer unto the City of
Albertville its successors and assigns a permanent utility easement, over, under
and across the following described property:
The north 131.29 feet of the south 141.29 feet of the east 10 feet of the west
20 feet of Lot 11, Block 1, KOLL VILLE ESTATES, Wright County
Minnesota, as measured at right angles to the south and west lines of said
Lot 11.
Grantor does hereby covenant with the City of Albertville, that it is
lawfully seized and possessed of the real estate above described.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said parties have caused this instrument to
