This sewer extends from Towne Lakes First Addition, westerly through Towne Lakes Second Addition, to the Commercial Park. The televising revealed a crack in the service pipe and wye at Lot 9, Block 6, of Towne Lakes Second Addition. Since the sewer was installed by LaTour Construction, the remainder of the municipal improvements were installed by Hennen Construction. This work included installation of. water main, storm sewer, and extension of the sewer services from the risers to the individual lots. At this time, it is unclear how the damage occurred, when it occurred, or what caused the damage. What is known, is that the damage needs to be corrected. An initial step is to determine the extent of damage. Enclosed is a proposal from Infratech Technologies to provide lateral televising of the service in question. This televising should help determine the extent of damage and may provide more insight on how the damage occurred. The City of Albertville is taking the initiative to determine the extent of damage and possibly have the damage corrected as they see fit. Please be aware the cost for this work will be passed onto the responsible party. Please call me if you have any questions. Sincerely, r~g.~I~ Peter J.
