2. The Project, as approved, complies with all local Zoning Ordinances and
regulations, including, without limitation, all applicable parking requirements.
3. The Project is not located within an established floodplain.
4. There are no other known land use regulations or special exceptions or variances
applicable to the Project or the property on which it is located.
