I have reviewed the proposed advertising sign for compliance with the City which is to be placed
along the north side of Interstate 94 to the west of Highway 19. The proposed sign measures W,
will be erected +/- 4 feet above the ground, and contains yellow, black, and white colors/lettering.
The sign is considered an advertising device in the City's Sign Ordinance and is limited to 720 square
feet in area and 30 feet in height. It must be setback 35 feet from any right-of-way and 500 feet from
any other advertising device. The property owners consent to erect the sign must be submitted to
the City in writing.
As described above, the sign is in compliance with Sign Ordinance criteria. If you have any questions,
