RE: Request to administratively split the Richard Berning homestead and Pilot
Land golf project acquisition for recording at Wright county
Dear David:
This letter is a follow up to the previous request dated August 31, 1998. In discussing the
issue with Mike Couri, we agreed that the City could process the lot split administratively
with the understanding that Pilot Land would plat this property into the golf course at
such time as we replat the Townhome Outlots adjacent to them which are Outlots B and
C, Cedar Creek South as recorded on August 12, 1998.
We agreed that there was no practical reason to plat the property now, since we would
clearly desire to replat the above Outlots to create the housing at the earliest possible
opportunity. . We have already paid the application fees for this action. Please contact
me as soon as feasible for recording purposes. Thank you in advance for your approval.
