I think we cannot issue a building permit and that it would require the completion of a Zoning process before one
could be issued. An example would be a subdivision and a combination, reviewed and approved by the council,,,

Upon review, it is recommended that the above referenced Lot Survey be denied based on the
following:
The proposed rear -yard setback, for the above referenced Lot Survey, scales at
approximately 25. Although the survey includes an adjoining parcel to the rear of the
primary lot, the setbacks must meet the requirements of the primary lot.
The required front, rear and side setbacks for the Cedar Creek South 5`s Addition are 30'. 30' and 10',
respectively.
