Opening statement: The City has completed a space needs study, which needs to be reviewed
and finalized. We are seeking an architectural firm to lead the council through selection of a
design incorporating the City's space needs and that of the broader community. Our initial
thoughts are to contact with a firm to work through the plans and specification this winter
and bid a project this spring. We are excited to hear about how your firm can serve us and
with that tell us about the services you can provide.
