Statement of Purpose for the Meeting:
The purpose of the meeting is to review the current status of Option 3 (optien had
cgs 4and pending MnDOT and the Federal Highway Administration approvals;
review financing; scheduling; and solicit ideas if there are other more affordable
phasing options which long term allows for two full interchanges with a collector
distributor system and finally confirm a plan of action.
