Albertville, MN 55301 Re: Municipal 2001 Industrial Park NW Improvements Dear Ms. Goeb: We have received a copy of the Feasibility Report for the above referenced project. As the developers of the proposed planned unit development called Towne lakes we are in support of the city authorizing this project with one request. The proposed sewer alignment through the Vetch parcel (see attached) will impact the existing home and barn on the site. Although we are purchasing the property the Vetch's wish to remain on the property for at least another year and therefore we request that the city work with us and the Vetch's to revise the sewer alignment to a mutually agreed upon alignment which will not impact the existing structures at this time. Should the city have reservations on authorizing all of the project proposed in the study we would still request that at a minimum the city authorize construction of the lift station that is located on our property. We are not opposed to installing the forcemain through our site assuming we receive credit against our trunk utility assessments for this work. Thank you for your consideration in this matter.
