RE: Parkside 4th Addition
Albertville, MN
Dear Pete:
Enclosed are propqsed revisions to the Parkside 4th project in Albertville. There are three
main revisions that' we would like to bring to your attention. '
The Grading Plan ~as changed to show a swale running along thenor;th and east sides of the
plat. The change was made because there was a large amount of material borrowed from the
back yard areas of those lots which left the existing grade much lower; than: our original
proposed grade. The swale was designed to match existing ground as Flosely -as possible and
runs at about 1 % slope. .
We have added a line of 8" perforated pipe that will run between C.B~ 1 and the low point of
the swale along the lot line of Block 1, Lots 2 and 3. Weare proposing a concrete headwall
with protective shield be used as the inlet. Pipe sizing calculations are enclosed as well.
The parking lot on the west side of the project has been moved slightly. The location of the
entrance to the lot will not change, but the location of the lot relative to the park will be
adjusted. The change was made to reduce the slope of the ground between the lot and the
existing park trail. No changes will be made to any elevations in the lot, however the lot will
be offset 15 feet from the trail, rather than the current 7-foot offset.

Utility Plan. The draintile will be moved from the back yards to unQer the curb line, with
tees stubbed out allowing homes to connect with the tile. These changes were discussed with
you in an earlier conversation.
Concerning the newest revision, please review the enclosed plans and :notify us of any
comments you have. It is ou'r wish to provide the contractor with an approved revised plan as
quickly as possible. Therefore, if we can he of any assistance, please don't hesitate to call.
Sincerely,
