Albertville, MN 55301 RE: Permanent Easements for Trunk Sewer proiect Dear Mr. and Mrs. Barthel: This letter further confirms and clarifies our meeting of last Thursday September 12th at your Bus headquarters. Scott Dahlke, P.E. of Meyer-Rohlin, Inc. has implemented your requested changes to the working drawings. They will be providing easement descriptions for our documents to be dedicated to The City of Albertville. I have personally asked Pete Carlson of SEH, the City's engineering consultant to consider the 30' to 35' easement narrowing through the mini storage driveway since this stretch will be installed in the steel casing sleeve. He is considering our request at this time. In order to expedite the project, I am requesting our attorney to prepare both a 40' and a 35' easement document for your signatures. We will then request that the City not record the 40' easement document until you have had a chance to fully have the narrower easement accepted or rejected by the City Council. In order to spread out income, you requested Kenco to have one payment in 1996 and a second payment in 1997 which we can do. The following financial breakdown of payment and project value will be the contractual obligation of Kenco Inc. to the Barthel business interests in exchange for the easement dedication to Albertville. Kenco will need either a business tax ID # or a SSN # for our tax reporting requirements. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding to date regarding this project.
