RE: Sanitary Sewer Pipe plans for property
Dear Mr. Roessler:
I have reviewed the preliminary plans as prepared by Meyer-RoWin. The plans show that
the sanitary sewer pipe will run through our property which is consistent with the terms of
the payment agreement. The proposed route of the project is attached to this letter as
Exhibit A. I hereby agree that by signing this letter that payment for the easement
corridor will be adequate and final compensation in exchange for providing a minimum
of two sewer stubs east of the mini storage buildings and providing a steel sleeve through
the mini storage site. We agree that this work does not cause any damages to the on
going businesses operated by us. By signing this letter, we agree to accept the proposed
- monef settlement and turn over the easements without additional conditions. We
understand that Kenco will be spending money on legal and engineering consultants to
implement the terms of this letter.
We reserve the right to review and approve of the final working drawings and attend the
preconstruction meetings prior to work starting. Kenco will in turn make any proposed
minor changes needed prior to construction. We understand construction could start as
soon as September 23, 1996.
Sincerely,
Yl- A:ti; t fi.J1ZJ
