with the Owner to furnish all materials, labor, skill, tools and equipment
for the complete construction of streets and utilities, including all
accessories as called for by the Specifications herewith, as prepared by
Meyer-Rohlin, Inc., Engineers and land surveyors, 1111 Highway 25 North,
Buffalo, Minnesota, 55313, acting as and in these contract documents
