I have reviewed the above referenced site plan and have the following comments:
1. On the preliminary plat the drainage and utility easements shall be expanded to cover the
entire width of the driveways. The easements should also be titled "access, drainage and
utility easement".
2. Drainage calculations shall be submitted for review with the final grading plan. The
drainage calculations shall also provide details as to the adequacy of the drainage swale
along the south property line to carry a 10- year return storm.
3. Details of the drainage swale shall be provided with the final grading plan.
4. The fire hydrant adjacent to Lot 3 shall be moved approximately 50 feet south.
5. A valve shall be added to the water main at the common lot line of Lots5/6.
6. The fire department requires that a fire hydrant be located within 50 feet of the sprinkler
connection to any building. Locating the hydrants will need to be coordinated with the
building plans as they are submitted for review.
