I have reviewed the floor plan submitted with the building permit application for the subject project.
The number of SAC and WAC units for the tenant is calculated as follows:
1 water closet @ 6 fixture units + 1 sink @ 4 fixture units = 10 fixture units
10 fixture units / 17 units per SAC = 0.59 SAC units
The initial calculations for the site were made on the basis of 1 SAC unit = 7000 sf of building space. For
this portion of the building, the SAC unit equivalent is
1368 sf -=- 7000 sf/SAC unit = 0.20 SAC units
The resulting balance due is based on an increase of 0.39 SAC units. The additional charges are $1,794
and $975 respectively, for SAC and WAC fees.
