1. Call to Order. The regular meeting of the Joint Powers Water Board was called to order by Chairperson
Zagorski, on Monday, November 24, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. at the Joint Powers Water Board Water
Treatment Plant, 11100 50th St NE, Albertville, MN 55301.
Board present: Zach Schoen Bob Zagorski
Joe Hagerty Gretchen Barrett
Board absent: Rob Olson, Mike Emery
Board substitute: Greg Zgutowicz
Staff present: John Seifert, General Manager, Ruth Klick, Project Associate
Staff absent: Dustin Carlson, Plant Supervisor
Engineering present: Chris Larson, Short Elliott Hendrickson, Inc. (SEH)
2. Agenda: Zagorski moved, Schoen seconded to adopt the Agenda as presented.
Motion to approve carried 5-0.
3. Consent Agenda Schoen moved, Zagorski seconded, to approve the Consent Agenda.
Motion to approve carried 5-0.
4. General Business: Approve Observation Well installation to EH Renner.
Zgutowicz moved, Hagerty seconded. Motion to approve carried 5-0.
5. Engineer: None
6. Operations: Verbal update on Well 4 & SCADA Upgrade Project.
7. Other Business: None
8. Adjournment: The meeting adjourned at 6:17 PM.
