Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the City
Council of the City of Albertville, Minnesota, in the City Hall, until
2: 00 p.m., Tuesday, September 7, 1993, at which time and place the
bids will be opened for the construction of the following:

4" PVC service pipe
6" watermain
Hydrants
6" gate valves
1" copper service pipe
12" to 18" storm sewer
27" to 48" catch basins

Plans, specifications and proposal forms as prepared by Meyer-Rohlin,
Inc., Engineers and Land Surveyors, 1111 Highway 25 North, Buffalo,
Minnesota, 55313, may be seen at the Office of the Engineer.
Each bid shall be accompanied by a bidder's bond, certified check or
cashier's check in an amount equal to at least Five (5%) percent of
the amount of the bid which shall be forfeited in the event that
successful bidder fails to enter into a contract within the specified
time.
The City Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to
wai ve any irregularities in the bidding, and further reserves the
right to award the contract to the best interests of the City. All
bids must be submitted on the proposal form furnished by the Engineer.
Bids shall be directed to the City of Albertville, securely sealed and
marked on the outside as "1993-1 Improvement Project, utilities and
Street Improvements, Hardwood Ponds Second Addition".
Plans, specifications and proposal forms may be obtained from the
Office of the Engineer upon deposit of Forty ($40.00) Dollars for each
set. This deposit will not be refunded.
