Re: Hardwood Pond 2nd Addition, Albertville.
Dear Mr. Braun:
Thank you for the copy of the report from the City's planners. I
called Ms. Stockman of that firm to discuss the items on her
report. After doing so I called you but no answer and thus this
letter.
Item #1 is apparently being taken care of by the City and there
thus shouldn't be anything you need to do at this point.
Item's #2 and #3, according to Ms. Stockman, need only to be taken
care of via the final plat. It is not necessary to revise and
resubmit the preliminary.
Item's #4, 5, and 8 will be fgr you to take care of with the City.
Item #7, Ms. Stockman is to check with the Clerk as she is
presuming that the Clerk will see that Meyer - Rohlin gets these
plans. I assume that they will get back to us with any comments.
We should be able to take care of any corrections or additions
prior to the final plat.
Item #6: We discussed this at length. We are to revise the
preliminary to highlight the edges of the wooded areas where these
will be after the grading of the streets. This will show the
wooded areas to be disturbed by that grading. We will show this,
along with the proposed lighting (Item #9), on a revised copy of
the preliminary that we will submit to the City prior to the final
plat.
!
Ms. Stockman said that that would be sa tis f ac tor y to her. She
then recommended that you, when you negotiate your Developers
Agreement with the City, include a section therein to the effect
that "Tree Preservation" on each individual lot will be considered
and determined for that lot at the time it's building permit is
applied for.

Ms. Stockman then emphasized that this was only her recommendation
and that the City may require more information, such as the "plan"
showing trees greater than 6" in diameter that is mentioned in her
report on page 4. We urge you to discuss this with the City. If
we do not hear differently from you, we will assume that we are to
do only as Ms. Stockman suggested.
Please let me know if you've any comments or questions.
you.
Thank
