Albertville, MN 55301 RE: Easement for road construction of 64th Street throu2h Outlot A of Karston Cove First Addition Dear Ms. Goeb and Mr. Carlson: Since we last met this spring, Woodside Karston Cove LLC has progressed on commitments to build out the last phase of the approved project. In an effort to follow through on long term city goals begun by Pilot Land Development and better prepare the site for home building once plans have been finalized we seek the following. We will dedicate an easement to the City to have access and use of the roadway until we plat and permantly dedicate it. Weare building the road at our cost. Our schedule is estimated to be by 2004 for the plat, but our easement documents will state 2006. Until that time, the citizens and services will benefit by having a second access into Karston Avemue and 64th Street. Completi water line will also benefit water pressures and achieve looping goals. While we are accepting bids for construction and completion yet this calendar year, a possi exists that weather will slow down paving Therfore, our ultimate completion be June 30, 2004, which would allow for small and sidewalks to be built. We h submitted final plans for review by SEH and to appropriate permits. The a specific to 64th Street does not require a new due to its size. Cc: Bob Ruppe, Couri & plat or amended will outline e any question Upon the finalizing of building plans, we plans and have a development agreement streets, etc. as well as park dedication Vice President of Land Devel H:\Shared Items\LANDDEV\LETTERS\PROJECTS\ALBR TVLE\kcove3rdApp.doc 13736 N.E.
