2002-06-27 Public Utility Easement PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT THIS INDENTUE, made this n!!aay o~;...L , 2002, by and between Pilot Land Development Company, (Grantor); and the City of Albertville, Wright County, Minnesota, (Grantee). Grantor is the owner in fee simple of the real estate hereinafter described. For valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, Grantor has this day bargained and sold, and by these presents does bargain, sell and transfer unto the City of Albertville its successors and assigns a perpetual easement for public utility purposes with the right to enter upon the real estate hereinafter described at any time that grantee may see fit, and construct, maintain and repair any lines, equipment, materials, or other items for utilities over, across, through and under the lands hereinafter described, together, with the right to grade, excavate and refill trenches for the location of said utilities, and the further right to remove trees, bushes, undergrowth, and other obstructions interfering in the location, construction and maintenance of said utilities. Said public utility easement is located in the County of Wright, State of Minnesota, and is described on Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto, and by this reference, made a part thereof.
