By your request, the following is the legal description for the drainage and utility easements that will
need to be vacated from the Karston Cove First Addition plat. The Second Addition will dedicate new
easements to replace the ones being vacated.
That part of the drainage and utility easements embraced within Lots 19,20,21,22 and 27,
Block 1, as dedicated on the plat of KARST ON COVE FIRST ADDITION, according to the
recorded plat thereof, Wright County, Minnesota.
