DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITY: Developer proposed residential development "Karston Cove" comprised
of 81 townhouse units and related infrastruture. Local Governing Unit approved project with the attached revisions
(refer to TEP recommendations and plan changes) As approved 20,662 square feet of type II wetland will be
impacted. Replacement will be conducted on-site via wetland creation. Total replacement will be 40,017 square feet
of New Wetland Credits will be constructed to satisfy the 2:1 replacement requirements. The LOU also required a
drainage easement or protective covenant be placed on all existing and replacement wetlands to otTer permanent
protection for these areas.
