Dear Mark:
I have reviewed your comment letter dated October 4, 2005 on the T -Square Business Park preliminary plat and
have addressed all of your concerns as follows:
1. Construction plans provided by SEH indicate that the existing sanitary sewer service is a 6" diameter pipe.
Sheet C2 will be revised to indicate a 6" sanitary sewer service to the building.
2. Drainage calculations for the site are attached. The storm sewer has been designed to handle a 10-year
storm event. Sheet C2 will be revised to indicate the positive overflow point between the site and pond.
3. Sheet C2 will be revised to indicate the use ofRCP as the pipe material for the storm sewer outlet pipe.
4. Ordinary high water elevations and normal water elevations were determined from our site survey of the
pond outlet structure. Our survey indicates that the 24" RCP outlets the control structure at an invert
elevation of953.81. Survey data also indicates the existing edge of water at approximately the same
elevation, a skimmer structure invert elevation of952.91, and overflow elevation along the pond bank of
953.82.
5. Per building code requirements, sprinkler protection is not needed for the proposed building.
6. The developer will discuss the driveway location in detail at the Planning Commission Meeting on
10/11/05.
The above mentioned revisions will be completed and submitted with the final construction drawing set at the time
of building permit application. Please provide approval or review of the attached drainage calculations. Feel free to
