1. Call to Order. The regular meeting of the Joint Powers Water Board was called to order by Chairperson
Amery, on Monday, May 27, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at the Joint Powers Water Board Water Treatment Plant,
11100 50th St NE, Albertville, MN 55301.
Board present: Mike Amery Joe Hagerty
Rob Olson Zach Schoen Bob Zagorski
Board absent: Gretchen Barrett
Board substitute: None
Staff present: John Seifert, General Manager, Ruth Klick, Project Associate
Staff absent: Dustin Carlson, Plant Supervisor
Engineering absent: Chris Larson, Short Elliott Hendrickson, Inc. (SEH)
2. Agenda: Hagerty moved, Schoen seconded to adopt the Agenda as presented.
Motion to approve carried 5-0.
3. Consent Agenda Schoen moved, Zagorski seconded to approve the Consent Agenda as
Presented. Motion to approve carried 5-0.

8. Adjournment: Olson moved, Schoen seconded to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried 5-0.
