1. Notice of Completion of Proceedings for the vacation of a portion of a
drainage and utility easement on Lot 9, Block 3, Hunters Pass Estates; and
2. Notice of Completion of Proceedings for the vacation of the drainage and
utility easement on Outlot B, Towne Lakes 6th Addition.
A check in the amount of $92 for the recording of these documents. Also enclosed is a
self-addressed stamped envelope. Can you please send the originals back to me? Thank

NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF PROCEEDINGS FOR THE
VACATION OF A PORTION OF A PORTION OF A
DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT ON LOT 9, BLOCK 3,
HUNTERS PASS ESTATES IN THE CITY OF ALBERTVILLE
The City of Albertville, Wright County, Minnesota did, on the 5th day of February,
2007, by Resolution No. 2007-12 duly passed, vacate that portion of a drainage and utility
easement described as follows:
That part of the drainage and utility easement lying over, under and across Lot 9,
Block 3, HUNTERS PASS ESTATES, Wright County, Minnesota as delineated and
dedicated on said HUNTERS PASS ESTATES, described as follows:
Commencing at the northeast corner of said Lot 9; thence on an assumed
bearing of South 12 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East, along the east line
of said Lot 9, a distance of 66.84 feet; thence northwesterly, along a line
hereinafter referred to as line "A", to a point on the north line of said Lot 9,
distant 59.73 feet from said northeast comer, as measured along said north
line; thence southeasterly, along said line "A", a distance of 40.95 feet to the
point of beginning; thence North 57 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East, a
distance of 6.20 feet; thence South 33 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East, a
distance 20.01 feet, to said line "A"; thence northwesterly, along said line
"A", to the point of beginning.
All Council members voted in favor of the resolution.

The City of Albertville, Wright County, Minnesota did, on the 18th day of December , 2006,
by resolution No. 2006-68 duly passed, vacate the drainage and utility easement over all of
Outlot B, Towne Lakes 6th Addition, according to the plat thereof recorded in the Wright
County Recorder's Office.
All Council members voted in favor of the resolution.
