RE: Towne Lakes 5th Addition - Recommendation of Acceptance

Dear Mr. Kruse:
Contractor Property Developers Company (CPDC) has requested acceptance of all completed
municipal improvements and commencement of the two-year warranty period. To date, all
municipal improvements have been completed and have been found to be in general
conformance with plans and specifications.
Upon review of the completed work, items requiring warranty repair and/or fmal restoration
were identified and the Developer has been notified of these items. The warranty security
($113,307) held by the City will, adequately ensure the completion ofthese repairs/corrections.
It is recommended that the municipal improvements ofthe Towne Lakes 5th Addition be
accepted by the City.
