RE: Albertville Premium Outlets Phase III
Replacement Wetland Monitoring
BMI No: W 13.039977
Dear Sally:
On May 7, 2009 Colleen Allen with the Wright County SWCD, Ben Carlson of
Arrowhead Environmental Consulting, and Dan Donayre with Bolton & Menk, Inc. met
in Albertville, MN to discuss the status of the wetland mitigation site on the Albertville
Premium Outlets Phase III property. In 2008, the fourth year of monitoring, the applicant
requested that future monitoring requirements be suspended.
This letter serves as notice that the members of the Technical Evaluation Panel have
concluded that the goal of the replacement plan has been achieved. In accordance with
the Wetland Conservation Act Rules, Section 8420.0610, the monitoring period for
Albertville Premium Outlets Phase III has been suspended. Attached please find the
Certificate of Compliance.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at (507)625-4171 ext. 2646.
If you have any questions, please feel free to call at anytime.
Sincerely,
Bolton & Menk, Inc.
