In 2008, the fourth year of monitoring, the applicant requested that future monitoring requirements be suspended. This letter serves as notice that the members of the Technical Evaluation Panel have concluded that the goal of the replacement plan has been achieved. In accordance with the Wetland Conservation Act Rules, Section 8420.0610, the monitoring period for Albertville Premium Outlets Phase III has been suspended.
