The order of recording should be as follows: 1. Towne Lakes Plat. 2. Towne Lakes Developer's Agreement. 3. Subordination Agreement executed by Balfany Development, Inc. relating to document number 684470. 4. Subordination Agreement executed by Alliance Bank relating to that certain $1,500,000 mortgage deed executed by Contractor Property Developers Company in favor of Alliance Bank. The plat and developer's agreement should be recorded ahead of any existing or future mortgages or other liens. A Subordination Agreement for the Balfany mortgage is enclosed. I do not have enough detail on the Alliance Bank mortgage to draft that Subordination Agreement. Can you prepare that document based upon the enclosed Balfany form?
