River Road Elk River, MN 55330 NOTICE OF HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Albertville, Wright County, Minnesota, will meet at 7:30 p.m. on the 30th day of October, 1991, at the Ci ty Hall located at 5964 Main Avenue, N.E., in the City of Albertville upon the proposed municipal improvements assessment of the properties within that part of the Southeast quarter of Section 35, Township 121, Range 24, and the North 180 feet of the Northeast quarter of Section 2, Township 120, Range 24, all such properties lying West of Wright County highway #19, South of Wright County highway #37, and East of Westwind Addition, all in the City of F'.lbertville, Wright County, Minnesota. The amount to be specially assessed against your particular lot, piece, or parcel cf land is $31,086.87. You may at any time prior to certification of assessment to the County Auditor, pay the entire assessment on such property, with interest accrued to the date of payment, to the City Clerk. No interest shall be charged if the entire assessment is paid within 30 days from the adoption of this assessment. You may at any time thereafter pay to the City Clerk the entire amount of the assessment remaining unpaid, with interest accrued to December 31 of the next succeeding year. If you decide not to prepay the assessment before the date given above, the rate of interest that will apply is 8.25% per year. The right to partially prepay the assessment is not available. The proposed assessment roll is on file for public inspection at the Albertville City Hall. The total amount of the proposed assessment _~ $31,086.87. Written or oral objections will be considered at the meeting. No appeal may be taken as to the amount of the assessment unless a slgned, written objection is filed with the City Clerk prior to the hearing or presented to the presiding officer at the hearl~g.
