The undemsigned JOHN. GEORGE INC. is the fee owner of the land
described in the attached Notice of Heat~ing.
Theundet~signedhereby objects to the proposed assessments.
The objections include, but are not limited to, the
fOllowing:
1) The property has a1t~eady been assessed. fot~ trunk water
main and is subject to a defert~ed assessment therefor.
2) The proposed assessment is cDntrat~y to action taken by
CityCo.unci I when impt~ovements were installed in 1988
whereby they detet~mined to assess a portion of the
costs of the watet~ main and the Highway 37 Intet"'ceptor,
lift station andfot~cemain to cet~tain benefitted
proper-ties and to f'ecover thet~emaining (:osts by Sewer
and Watet~ availability and connect.ioncharges and. usef"'
fees.
3> The pt~oposed assessment is contt~at~y toth~ agreement
between the undet~signed and the City and the
Developer's Agreement between them.
4> The prope..~ty receives no . benefit from the proposed
assessment.
5). The pt~op(Jsed assessments have not been made in the
mannet~ t~equiredbyMinnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and
are ccmtt~ary to. law.

PROPOSI:D ASSESSMENT
NOTICE is hereby given that the City
Council of Albertville, Wright County,.
Minnesota, will meet at 7:30 p.m. on the
30th day of October, 1991, atthe City Hall
located at 5964 Main Avenue, N.E., in the
City of Albertville upon the proposed
municipal improvements assessment of
all of the properties within Parksedge
Subdivision, including lots one through
four in block one and lots one through five
in block two, all in the City of Albertville
Wright County, Minnesota. '
The proposed assessment roll is on
file for public inspection at the Albertville
City Hall. The total amount of the pro-
posed assessment is $100,000.00. Writ-
ten or oral objections will be considered
at the meeting. No appeal may be taken
as 10 the amount of the assessment un-
less a signed, written objection is filed
with the City Clerk prior to the hearing or
