Introductions
Project Synopsis
Access to Project
-Only one construction access per side (North & South) shall be used. Rock entrance is a must and care should be
taken to reduce the amount of material tracking onto 6lh Street NE.
-When utility work is taking place near the street, the proper road closed signs and warning instruments shall be
utilized. Bob will look into the possibility of closing that portion of 64th Street NE along the site during the entire
construction process.
-If road closure is possible, Fehn will lay fabric on the existing road and build a dirt berm across the street for
equipment crossing.
Street
-Bob and Dave will investigate the timing for placement of the wear course on 6lh Street NE. If at all possible,
wear course placement should be delayed until after construction of Karston Cove 3rd Addition, and possibly timed
for completion during placement of the townhome area base course.
Safety (Public & Workers)
-Shall be the responsibility of the active job foreman and supervisor.
Thore P. Meyer, Professional Engineer Robert Rohlin, Licensed Land Surveyor
