Since this application requires a quick turn -around I have scanned the 2009 Guardian Angels CONCEPT Plan
(instead of sending it via US Postal Service) for an Elderly Housing Development that is being proposed on the
Albert Villas 7th Addition parcel. The Concept Plan will be going before the Planning Commission on Thursday,
November 5, 2009; following Planning review and recommendation it will go before Council on Tuesday,
November 10, 2009.
