They will be eliminating two lots and will be adjusting property and easement lines. A meeting was conducted with Albertville City Staff, Town and Country Homes, and Minnesota Development Agency on August 30, 2005. It was determined that this change to the final plat will have little affect on engineering issues and is consistent with the overall look and feel of the development. Timing is of the essence since the project is currently being constructed. Therefore swift action will be appreciated. Minnesota Development Agency has enjoyed our relationship with the City of Albertville and we look forward continuing our positive working relationship.
