RECITALS
A. Finken owns the real property located in Wright County, Minnesota. Wooly described on
the attached Exhibit A ('Lot V).
B. Pinkert also owns the real properly located In WrightCounty, Minnesota, legally described
on the attached Exhibit B CLot 2" ).
C. Finken dashes to grant unto Itself a cross -access easement over a portion of Lot 1 and
Lot 2 for the purpose of acoss, inoron and ogress from one Lot to the other.
NOW, THEREFORE, Finkon grants unto Itself an Ingress, agrees, and access easomem for the
benefit of both Lots t and 2 In accordance with the following terms an? conditions,
t. Pinkert convoys unto Itself, along with Ito successors, permllaos, gaanseea, and assigns,
for the benefit of both Lots t and 2, a non,exelushre, perpetual access, ingress and Sam" easement over

2, and shall be scloly responsible for the expellee of snow removal and other maintenance upon
the parcels. Flnlatn may fin, grade, maw, pairs, Irim trees, brush and other vegetation, repave at
repair any portion of the Easement Area. Flnken may alter the Easement Area Including, but not
limited to, relocation of the Easement Area, so long as such alteration does not materially affect
