On Lot 17, Block 5, Albert Villas 6th Addition, the lot survey that was
submitted with the building permit indicates that a storm water pond has
been constructed on the rear of the lot. The grading and development plan
does not show a pond in this area nor has a drainage and utility easement
been platted with this lot.
Please review this situation and let me know how and when you are going to
resolve this situation. Until then the building permit for this lot will
not be issued.
