As requested, I have reviewed the County Road 19 and the mall entrance road
intersection for ADA Compliance. The following are my comments:
• Sidewalks exist in the northwest and northeast quadrant of the intersection. Both
of these walks at the intersection need to be replaced with pedestrian ramps
meeting the requirements of the ADA Guidelines. This will require removing and
replacing concrete sidewalk and curb & gutter.
• A bituminous trail exists in the southwest quadrant. The connection of the trail to
the street meets the requirements of the ADA Guidelines.
