2011-04-29 Temporary Seasonal Sales request Bridget Miller From: Alan R. We received an application for a temporary seasonal sale permit for the east parking lot in Parkside Commercial Center. While this use is not specifically identified in the approved PUD, I believe based on the language of Section 1000.22 of the zoning ordinance we may allow the use on this site through just a permit application. Section 1000.22 states that temporary seasonal sales may be permitted in any business district provided they comply with all the criteria of Section 1000.22. The site in question is zoned PUD, however, it is a business zoning district and as such we could consider the permit. In looking at the permit submission it appears that the sales area will be on the paved eastern parking lot. If they satisfy the parking, site clean up, and signage requirements and have the permission of the property owner they may locate on this site. Jon, will conduct a more detailed review of the submitted plans and operation to insure compliance. Alan Brixius Original Message - - - -- :_ „Bndoe . .6o-..Y ... .. The location is within the Parkside Commercial addition (10904 -57` Street NE) behind Casey's General Store. It will be a Temporary Outdoor for 2011; however, if it is successful he may want to make it permanent in the future. I informed him the best group to talk to would be the Consultant's meeting that are held on the Tuesday following a Council meeting. So I thought I would let you know this MAY? be coming forward.
