Dear Marly,
I am enclosing the final project cost summary for the 57ffi Street Project. As you can see, the
developer costs for construction of Lachman Avenue NE are separated in the construction,
engineering, legal and administration areas. Total developer costs for the Lachman Avenue
construction (Change Order #1 of the 57t' Street contract) is $160,503.30.
The City of Albertville has paid the contractor for the construction costs. Please submit
payment for your portion of the project costs in the amount of $160,503.30 to the City of
Albertville promptly.
