Notice of Public Hearing
Shoppes at Prairie Run
Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of
Albertville, Wright County, Minnesota, will meet in the Council Chamber of the
Albertville City Hall Wednesday, September 15, 2004, at 7:00 PM, or as soon thereafter
as possible, to hear, consider, and pass upon all written and oral objections, if any, to the
proposed Shoppes at Prairie Run, Preliminary Plat and Site and Building Review, for the
property legally described as follows:
That part of the East 245.00 feet of the South Half of the Southeast
Quarter or Section 2, Township 120, Randy 24, Wright County,
Minnesota, as measured at a right angle to the East line thereof,
which lies North of Truck Station Two, according to the plat on file
and of record in the office of the County Recorder, in and for the
County of Wright, State of Minnesota
All interested persons are invited to attend the meeting and will be afforded the
opportunity to voice an opinion during the public hearing or may submit written
comments to the City Clerk's office at City Hall.
