Dear Board Members:
We reviewed the Barthel's Commercial Park watermain plans and specification. T%vo items on
which we request written clarification are:
1. The "grading by others' will be complete before freezing weather or snowfall or the
watermain will be insulated where grading does not provide adequa a tact.
2. Water service is not intended for the parcel at the southvA* quadrant of bah Street NE
and Lachman Avenue until a future watermain project cKiends w0W to the souk
boundary of the plat along the extension of Lachman Avenue.
Once these issues are confirmed in writing, we recommend the plans and aif>,cations be
approved.
