The street grades and street sections are consistent with the design standards as established by the City of Albertville. Specifications were not submitted with the Plans; therefore, the Specification used by the City for street construction in all developments will be enforced. Approval of the Watermain Plan and Specifications needs to be obtained from Joint Powers Water; however, we find the watermain location and sizing to be acceptable and in conformance to the overall city plans.
