SUBJECT: BARTHEL'S COMMERCIAL PARK; BUILDING PERMIT FOR SECOND
BUILDING.

As we discussed on the phone today, Y spoke with Stan Barthel
via telephone yesterday regarding the issuance of a building permit
for a second storage building. Stan informed me that he is
currently accepting bids for the installation of the street. I
informed him that my recommendation to the City would be that
Barthel's fulfill the following items before the City issue a
building permit:
1. Record the Plat for Barthel Commercial Park;B/4-fr
2. Submit to the City for Meyer-Rohlin's approval plans and specs
for the portion of the City street slated for construction per
the Developer's Agreement; and
3. Present to the City an executed contract for the construction
of the street as required by the Developer's Agreement.
In addition, I informed Stan that prior to soliciting bids, he
should get a confirmation from Meyer-Rohlin that the planned road
meets City specs, and that if he did not get confirmation, and the
street was not built to City specs, he may have to rebuild the
