Storm Water Charges
Dear Linda;
As requested by Kevin Mealhouse, the storm water connection charge
for the above -referenced building is as follows:
First phase building site:
922 feet x 220 feet = 20,350 square feet or 0.47 acres
The structure and site would be classified in the 60-100%
impervious area which requires connection charges of
$759.40/acre.
For the first phase building, the connection charges would be
$759.40 x 0.47 acres, or $356.92.
Please note that as the additional buildings are constructed,
additional storm water charges for each building site will be
required. Also, the quarterly rate for this first building will
be:
$31.89/acre x .47 acres = $14.99
